  • Why am I not receiving the digital asset after clicking "I have paid"?
  • First, make sure you have actually paid for the transaction. (Note: T-Rex OTC only displays transaction information, the actual payment between you and the buyer/seller is done through the bank outside the T-Rex system. Please click “I have paid” after you have made the bank transfer to the seller.
  • After that, you wait for the seller to confirm the amount you have transferred.
  • Finally, 5 minutes after you have paid without the seller’s releasing the digital assets, you can click on the “Dispute” button and provide us the proof of payment. The Customer Support will assist you.
