How do I set up a dispute?
- If you encounter any problems during the transaction process, on the transaction details page, click on the “Dispute” button.
- If the transaction cannot be disputed due to completion or cancellation, you may send an email to email@example.com, describing your issue and providing us with the Order ID, phone number and your name. Or you can click the “Help” button in the lower right corner, select “Live Chat”. Enter your Order ID, your problem, UID (can be found in User center) and phone number, then click “Submit“.
